Meet the amazing Cathey family :)
Back in October last year the Cathey family got in touch with me about photographing Tucker and Cates two of the little cuties you will see in this post ;) They are some of my favorite kids I have ever photographed. They have vibrant personalities and are just little fireballs. Well when Gretchen found out I would be making a trip back to Oklahoma she and the family had Chris and I come out to shoot their BIG family... grandma and grandpa.... brothers and sister's in law... little cousin's. The whole crew! It was super fun. The guys in the family are really into golfing so they wanted to do it on the golf course they live on, Oak Tree. It was a gorgeous day for a gorgeous family. Thank you all so much for giving us the honor and blessing of being able to capture you and your kidos during this fun time of life ;)

So I guess you could say I have more than a slight crush on these two. Considering this will be their third blog entry to date ;) this was their Hott Seattle Engagement Session, and some from their Out of this world Wedding. We had so much fun doing their Post Wedding Session, running around downtown getting some killer images. I think I could photograph these two for days. They are up for anything and so totally natural. And I also learned that little miss Mary Zoe is also a Chi-Omega Sister... wha?! I love this.. it's like I'm just attracting these fellow sisters of mine from all over... and what's even cooler is they all rock my face off.

Our good buddies over at MindCastle came on this shoot to film our most awesome promo video that will be releasing with our new web site in late November. These guys are the most killer videographers around town... Those who are looking for some good videographers for your wedding, mindcastle is where it's at.
But needless to say, Casey and Danielle from mindcastle were kind enough to let us use their 45TS lens so for all you photographers out there who know I dont have a T/S yet... this isn't fake TS action your seeing... its the real deal. Oh soo fun. ohhh soo tasty... must have one.

These ladies rocked me when I met them. It's like we dug right into the heart of talking about what really matters in life upon first meeting. speaking of love... what it means, how it feels, and what it means to truly find that person who makes you come alive....
Heather and Alina make eachother come alive. What beautiful spirits these two have. I left this session refreshed with a new sense of self as an artist. There is just something special about these two.
